Pool with Cabanas, Hot Tub & Fire Pit

We’ll admit that right now isn’t the best time of year to promote a pool, but you’ll love this area in the spring and summer. The Metropole pool acts as a gathering place of sorts for our community. Many of our residents use the pool to meet neighbors who quickly turn into friends.

We’ve escaped the heat, and Houston residents are happy about that. However, the cooler weather doesn’t render the pool area completely useless. The hot tub is still available for residents to enjoy, and the cabanas are still ideal areas in which to lay out and read a book by the pool.

We’re enjoying the best time of the year for sports, with the NBA season underway, the NFL season in full-swing, and college football entering the most crucial part of the season. With that in mind, we encourage residents to come on down to the Metropole clubroom. There, you can enjoy gigantic flat screen TVs and comfortable seating. It’s a wide-open area that’s perfect for watching the game, especially if you’ve got a roommate or significant other who would rather watch something else on your apartment TV.

24-Hour Coffee Bar

People spend an absolute fortune on coffee these days. We’re not sure when it happened, but sometime in the past ten years, coffee shops started popping up on practically every corner in Houston. Well, we don’t think you should have to spend $40 per month just to get your daily dose of caffeine. If you’re not one to use a coffee-maker in your apartment, come on down to the 24-hour coffee bar at Metropole. Don’t spend your extra $40/month in one place!

Outdoor Kitchen with Grills

While the weather isn’t perfect for the pool anymore, it is perfect for a little outdoor grilling. We invite both novices and master chefs to come try their grilling skills at our outdoor kitchen. If you have friends visiting from out of town, the outdoor kitchen is a perfect place to gather for dinner. Much like the pool area, the outdoor kitchen is a great place to go if you’re looking to meet your neighbors at Metropole apartments in Greenway Plaza.

Fully-Equipped Fitness Center

The state-of-the-art fitness center at Metropole is the ideal place to get your sweat on. It’s open 24-hours, so everyone can get their workouts in, no matter their schedule. We think the 24-hour availability helps keep the fitness center free of traffic, as residents don’t feel pressured to get their workouts in right after work. No matter what your fitness goals, you’ll have the equipment and weights necessary to achieve them in the Metropole fitness center!
